1- Introduction

LSTG Move Ltee (Company Registration No. C24209627), a company incorporated in Mauritius with its registered office at UHY House, 71 impasse Saipan, Vivea Business Park, Concordia, 81405 Moka, Mauritius, operates the GoYoga mobile application (the "App") and the website lstgmove.com (the "Site"). Together, these form the "Services."

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our Services, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information.

GoYoga uses your device's camera and LiDAR sensor to analyze your body's movement in 3D and provide real-time posture feedback. Because this involves capturing images of your body, we treat your privacy with particular care and have designed the App so that, wherever technically possible, this analysis happens locally on your device.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2- Who this Policy Applies to

The Services are intended for users aged 18 or over. Users under 18 may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in Section 14 and we will delete it.

3- Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and any profile details you choose to add.
• Subscription and billing information: processed through the Peach Payments Gateway. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; we receive a purchase confirmation and a transaction identifier from the payment gateway.
• Communications: the content of messages you send us through the contact form, by email, or through support channels, along with your name and email.

3.2- Camera, Lidar, and body-tracking data

To deliver the core yoga-coaching experience, the App accesses your device's camera and LiDAR sensor while you are actively in a session. From the raw camera and depth data, the App derives a 3D skeletal model (a set of numerical coordinates representing key joint positions) and compares it to a reference pose to calculate your alignment score.

• Raw video and depth frames are processed locally on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored beyond the duration of the session, unless you explicitly choose to record or save a session.
• Derived skeletal data and alignment scores (numerical data only, not video) may be sent to our servers in order to save your progress, generate statistics, and improve feedback — but only if you are signed in and have enabled progress tracking.
• You can revoke camera access at any time through your device's iOS Settings. Doing so will disable the posture-correction feature.

3.3- Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: sessions started and completed, poses practiced, time spent in the App, features used, and alignment scores.
• Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, App version, language settings, crash logs, and diagnostic information.
• Identifiers: Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and/or an internal anonymous user identifier.
• Site data: when you visit lstgmove.com, we and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with the Site. See Section 10

3.4- Information from Third Parties

• Google reCAPTCHA: used on our Site contact and subscription forms to prevent abuse. Google collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.

4- How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

1. Provide the core functionality of the App, including real-time 3D posture feedback and coaching.
2. Create and manage your account, authenticate logins, and secure the Services.
3. Process subscriptions, renewals, and related notifications through Apple.
4. Save your progress, statistics, and preferences across sessions and devices.
5. Personalize your experience (for example, recommending poses based on your level and goals).
6. Communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and — with your consent — newsletters and promotions.
7. Improve and develop our Services, including refining our pose-recognition models. Where we use your data for model improvement, we do so with aggregated or de-identified skeletal data, not raw video.
8. Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
9. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

5- Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the App and fulfill your subscription.
• Consent — for camera and LiDAR access, optional health information, marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and ATT-based tracking. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to secure our Services, improve our products, and communicate essential service information, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.

6- How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers acting on our behalf under written agreements, including cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and email delivery providers.
• Google for reCAPTCHA protection of our web forms.
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers, when necessary.
• Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of LSTG Move, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if LSTG Move is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

7- International Data Transfers

LSTG Move is based in Mauritius, and our service providers may be located in the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions. When we transfer personal data across borders, we take appropriate safeguards, which may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on adequacy decisions where applicable.

8- Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account data: while your account is active, and for up to 24 months after deletion for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Session and progress data: while your account is active; you can delete individual session records from within the App.
• Raw camera/LiDAR frames: not retained beyond the active session (see Section 3.2).
• Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically up to 10 years in Mauritius).
• Support communications: up to 36 months after the issue is resolved.

After these periods, we delete or anonymize your information.

9- Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and secure development practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for signing out on shared devices.

10- Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site uses cookies to:

• Keep the Site functioning correctly (essential cookies).
• Analyze Site traffic and measure performance (analytics cookies).
• Remember your preferences.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the cookie banner displayed on the Site. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Our App does not use web cookies but may use equivalent local storage on your device.

11- Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your information.
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority (in Mauritius, the Data Protection Office: dataprotection.govmu.org).

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also manage many preferences directly within the App (account, notifications, camera access, marketing preferences, and account deletion).In-App account deletion: you can permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the App.

12- Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrations (for example, Apple Health, if enabled by you). This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13- Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, by email, or via our Site prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
